By accessing and using GradientEdge: Academic Performance Analytics, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use GradientEdge: Academic Performance Analytics for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the system
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility
for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of
your account.

our practices. By using the system, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Academic Integrity
Users agree to maintain academic integrity and honesty in all activities within the system. Any attempt to manipulate grades,
attendance records, or other academic data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and disciplinary action.
6. System Availability
We strive to ensure the system is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The system may be unavailable
due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by system downtime.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the system for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- Collect or track the personal information of others
- Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the system immediately, without prior notice or
liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach
of the Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we
will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be
determined at our sole discretion.
